One monthly price per workflow. Building it, running it, and keeping it alive are all included.
Per workflow
I build, test, and launch the automation, then run it, monitor it, and keep it alive as the portals it touches change. Support and ongoing improvements included.
$1,000/ month
Extra portal
Each workflow covers up to 5 payer portals. Every portal beyond that is its own build and its own upkeep. It starts billing once it is running and signed off, same as the first five.
$200/ month
Extra volume
Each workflow includes up to 2,000 runs a month, where a run is one patient or claim lookup. Below that there is no metering. Past it, billed after the month ends.
$100/ 500 runs
Nothing until it's running.
No setup fee, no contract, cancel anytime.
A workflow is one repeating task, like claim status checks, across up to 5 payer portals and 2,000 runs a month. Running means it is working your real claims on its schedule and your team has signed off that the output is right, or 14 days have passed since delivery without an issue raised. The first invoice comes after that. A BAA is signed with every client before any data is touched.
Price changes apply only to new workflows, with 60 days' written notice.
